Based in Marbella, Manuka is a flexitarian restaurant that focuses on offering its clients clean, healthy and wholesome food the way it was intended by nature; free from refined sugars, additives and chemicals.

Amongst our menu, you will find an array of delicious plant-based dishes inspired from around the globe and even though we highly support vegan and vegetarian diets, we also offer a selection of free range and grass fed meets remaining as ethical as possible while doing so.

We hope to show you that healthy food need never be boring or tasteless and that on the contrary, real ingredients taste and look better than any artificial processed food. Nature always provides, and our menu is designed to show you just that!

It is also our goal to encourage you to respect your body and to help you make better and informed eating choices so that you can feel the best possible version of yourself. We all deserve to feel good... right? Food is our fuel and so our diet plays a big role in that. We jam pack our dishes with so-called “superfoods” which you can learn more about by reading our menu which is packed with gems of information!

Our menu was designed not only to be healthy and provide recipes packed with nutritious ingredients, but also to offer a wide variety of flavours and textures to awaken all your taste buds. So whether you are in the mood for oriental spices, pungent Thai flavours or Smokey Mexican aromas we can satisfy your cravings.

Among our choices you will find; a large selection of salads containing organic seasonal products, nuts fruits and seeds, dressed with homemade vinaigrettes made from local virgin olive oil.

Our grain “bowls” consist of high quality whole grains such as Organic Quinoa or Brown rice and are topped with vegetables, legumes with the option of adding proteins like fresh salmon, tuna or chicken.  We avoid heavy starchy carbs and replace flour-based pastas with rice noodles, or raw zucchini pasta, leaving you light and satiated rather than bloated and sleepy.

We pride ourselves in our vegan and vegetarian options keeping them as creative as possible and so here you will find recipes such as walnut based chill con carne, cashew nut cheese and coconut based sour cream.


In our drinks selection we have all kinds of cold pressed juices, vegan superfood smoothies and a wide selections of protein shakes using high-grade Sunwarrior vegan raw protein powder.

And for those who have a sweet tooth we recommend our various chia puddings or Acai bowls brimming with fresh fruit, nuts and homemade granola.

We also make sure to offer and fun, friendly and healthy menu for kids.We don’t want to see children being fed burger and ketchup-covered fries with a Fanta orange while their parents savor their healthy salad!

Through our recipes we also help reduce modern day toxins and replace unhealthy ingredients with more natural substitutes, while never compromising on flavour. We do not cut corners and are against the use of fake ingredients or clever marketing ploys that sell us on believing something to be “healthy” when it is often quite the opposite.
